Have a way to record declined holiday requests in the event that the employee then goes sick on that date

We can only block and unblock by Location and Department. We would like to chose indivituals to block and unblock the days.

Currently bulk action for updating the holiday entitlement isn't working with Excel sheet. They called as bulk action but still need to type the entitlement one by one, which is very time consuming.

I need to adjust the previous year's holiday record for an employee to maintain an accurate record for future reference; however, any attempt to edit holiday records seems only to adjust the current year.
