The system should allow a reduction in working hours across the whole week, not just on a single day.
For example, if an employee is temporarily reducing their hours after an illness, the system currently requires a daily adjustment. Instead, it should allow a single entry stating that Joe Bloggs, who usually works 37.5 hours (09:00-17:00), will temporarily work 09:00-12:00 for the next two weeks, without needing separate daily entries or a change in work pattern.
