Updating the holiday entitlement in bulk upload with Excel sheet

Currently bulk action for updating the holiday entitlement isn't working with Excel sheet. They called as bulk action but still need to type the entitlement one by one, which is very time consuming.

Time consuming to update the holiday entitlement for all employees. This is not bulk action.
