System shouldn't transpose dates in documents being uploaded. Data needs to be accurate so that any point in time it can be referred to especially for HR/legal documents.
Any leavers who have moved from Employees to quick filter Leavers, should be removed completely after 6 years. Or at least administration notified that they need to be removed soon.
Sometimes can only see first lots of names of employees within the Company and it doesn't scroll down to show remaining employees. Then have to search which is time consuming.

I have the ability for employees to select known as name however this name is not used in any system generated activity. I would like all employees to see their known as name everywhere.

Arrange employees in alphabetical order by Surname
Instead of arranging/listing employees by First Name, it may be better to arrange them by Surname, as some people have 'known as' names, or use their middle name etc.
