However, if I download the contract, the employee’s signature will be lost. We have a long list of documents that need to be categorized into six folders, so I need to move these folders and delete some.

Yes, option to move documents into different folders would be useful - especially if we can do it as a bulk action. HR teams all over may want to tidy up their document categories so this would be useful.
