Change holiday accrual percentage by location

The holiday accrual % can currently only be changed for all locations. We would benefit from the ability to change this for specific locations in line with different countries laws.

Links from the icons on the dashboard

It would be useful to have a link directly from the icon on your dashboard to the area ie where it says 3 people off due to sickness - click on the icon and it would show you which 3 people are off
