We have clinical staff where certain individuals need to be able to see their planners to be able to rota them for shifts, however we don't want everyone in the company to see their annual leave or sickness, but it seems we cant apply these access...

This would be useful when creating logbooks where the answers need to be in a particular order and not alphabetical.

Would be great to have the option to change what is shown up on the planner for sickness - to show up the past 12 months sickness, instead of the holiday year to date

As the People HR shared internet calendar doesn’t allow for reminder notifications to be displayed of upcoming leave as the Outlook only allows that for the users primary calendar. Can I suggest when a user creates a holiday request the system can...

Given that our calculations are based on hourly metrics, having the capability to generate a report displaying the hourly cost of absences would be highly advantageous.

It would be useful for job effective dates to actually work rather than immediately apply these. Historic job roles are an issue on query builder making it hard to show previous and new roles.

To help when authorising time off - some staff use TOIL instead of annual leave but cannot see who is off with TOIL - just annual leave and sick leave

It is a legal compliance that employees complete a log of start end times and breaks in Ireland daily- to know if employees are doing this is the difference between the system being useable to fulfil legal obligations and not useable.
