As the People HR shared internet calendar doesn’t allow for reminder notifications to be displayed of upcoming leave as the Outlook only allows that for the users primary calendar.
Can I suggest when a user creates a holiday request the system can generate and email the user a .ics file for them to open and then gives them the option to add that holiday event to their primary Outlook calendar, therefore giving visibility on their primary calendar and any linked mobiles calendars.
This is important as our staff are used to looking at their primary Outlook calendars for when they had holidays booked from when it used to add it in from Focalpoint. The risk of booking business events (meetings/site visits) on leave days is greatly increased now.
