In the new performance management tool - you can only rate performance on a scale of 1-5, but organisations may use a 1-3 or 1-4 or 1-5 point rating scale. The ability to select the scale is required for this module to be useful.

Integration with job sites such as CV Library, Total Jobs, Job Rapido, Monster etc would be useful.

It would be very useful to be able to add a category to a goal so when HR is required to run a report on all the sales goals, for example, these can be easily picked out as they are tagged as sales.

When looking at employee planner, the flag option only shows instances of leave rather than be a designator for each day of leave, which is a strange design choice. There should at least be a designator for each day of leave shown in the planner a...

When marking leavers, admins are forced to add supporting comments in when staff are 're-employable' but are not forced when staff are 'not re-employable'. Surely this should be the other way round. Admins are wasting a lot of time adding comments...

Allow employees to keep the HR function up to date with critical information

It would be useful for our HR manager to be able to access documents etc relating to H&S for individuals - such as training certificates, documentation and when employee training expires.........

When adding the New Public and Bank Holiday dates for the new holiday year, I have to manually change for each employee. There is no function to do this as a Bulk Action.
