On the dashboard, under "Your stats" can we have better % figures than just a blanket 2.5% on the turnover, absence and salary

This will be useful for Board reports and for measuring against industry standards.

Mandatory field for supporting comments for annual leave / other leave requests on planner

Can the 'supporting comments' box be made a mandatory field so staff need to include information about their leave request e.g. details of compassionate leave, why request is made at short notice etc

Employees are able to request annual leave / other leave retrospectively which can be difficult for managers to keep track of, and allows for staff to be absent and then request the leave

Leavers: Once an employee has been processed for payroll purposes, be able to amend or lock down their holiday balance.

Prevent future requests for holiday, and/or errors occurring for payroll where remaining leave balance has been permitted to be liquidated for final salary payment.
