System shouldn't transpose dates in documents being uploaded. Data needs to be accurate so that any point in time it can be referred to especially for HR/legal documents.

This is so we can keep track of any carry over centrally, and not allow managers to add this themselves for their staff.

When goals are updated can the goal last updated column be changed to the checkin and last comment rather than moving the goal on the useless graph in the performance module....

We are a bilingual organisation (English and Welsh) and the system does not currently allow us to advertise our vacancies bilingually. We can add a welsh application form and amend questions, however the interface is still in English.
