Audit history of Performance App

in workspace in the performance app there is no visibilty of dates time on details in notes, objectives etc. So no history of who made changes to what objective or check in notes etc. Need to know who made any changes in system

No Work Patter option in Planner

There should be no limit of 7 hours 30 minutes in the "No Work Pattern" option in the holiday planner. The whole point of having a 'no work pattern' is to have the flexibility.

Allow query showing unopened reviews

At the moment the query only shows in progress, shared or closed. Unopened would be really helpful.

Add more detail to the Impact Insight including Holiday/ Leave type

At present the insight reports just employees and dates, but i cant tell which is Holiday, appointments, working from home

Employees are not able to view their own absence documents. After being filed in Absence Planner documents are automatically transferred to Documents but access is only available to Manager and not Employee. Advised only way to give access is for Admin to go into each file and manually tick box to give access to Employee. No practical for every absence.

Useful to give access to Documents. Benefit Employee. To work the system should automatically give access to Employee to view their own documents

Add warning in performance

The system lets you update the settings for Performance but it won't work retroactively and it has created some issues when adding new tabs.
