Roll-up Objectives to Company Goals in Employee Performance App (not core PHR Performance)

You can link personal objectives to company objective - thank you! However here is what is missing:-

Assign a company objective to 1 member of staff e.g. commercial objectives to Commercial director so they can track progress of meeting this top level objective.

Allow progress of a company objective to be tracked and the owner of each company objective to be able to see the personal objectives that have been aligned to this company objective.

    Hi Mandy,

    Thanks for your feedback and glad you like being able to align personal objectives to company goals.

    I wonder if the below workflow would work for your use case:

    Set Company Goals → Define high-level strategic goals for the company.

    Assign Standard Objectives to Owners → Each company goal is broken into standard objectives and assigned to a responsible staff member (e.g., Commercial Director for commercial objectives). This ensures accountability and progress tracking.

    Employees Set Personal Objectives → Employees define personal objectives (e.g., skill development, project delivery) that align with relevant standard objectives and, in turn, the company goals.

    Visibility & Tracking:

    • Owners of standard objectives can track overall progress.

    • They can see all personal objectives aligned with their assigned standard objectives and ensure alignment with company goals.

    Regular Check-Ins & Adjustments → Use a system to track progress, provide feedback, and adjust objectives as needed to maintain alignment and goal achievement.
