Email notification when an employee updates contact details
It would be useful if all admins received an email when an employee updates their contact information, such as address, then they can be sure to make all the necessary updates such as to payroll.
Being able to run an audit query that shows what the holiday allocation was before it was changed. Having to check over 200 staff little icon in their planner is not an option.

Given that our calculations are based on hourly metrics, having the capability to generate a report displaying the hourly cost of absences would be highly advantageous.
Report download to match the columns on the screen
There is the option to change the order of columns on the reports screen, however when this is then downloaded it reverts to a different order. Change is to have it keep the same order when the report is downloaded.
