To have the choice of when to send the manager recap email

This is in line with preventing contact and work-related emails from being sent out of hours and subject to forthcoming legislation. It would be good if admin could schedule when these emails are sent. When turned on, they are currently emailed automatically at 4 p.m. on Sunday.

Describe the Challenge It is a good function but it would be good if we can schedule when these are sent so we can ensure these are out of hours as eveyones working week are different.
