Separate Employees Name and Absence Icon into 2 columns on the Employees List.
It would be useful for Admins to be able to Quick Filter a type of absence in this window, i.e., holiday, sickness, out of business etc., without having to move to the Company Planner window.

It would be useful to have multiple probation periods within the Company Settings as some employees are on 6 months probation yet the majority are on 3 month probation.

When a new employee starts we have to ask them to add this information to a different section of the hr system (bank details for example) and we then have to go retrieve it and drop it into the correct box afterwards.

With our payroll being monthly, it's an irritant for our Supervisors to have to authorise timesheets weekly, and not monthly. We only have a few on worker contracts - but we all get paid the same date. Can we not have the facility to sign off time...

Show emergency leave taken as a separate category in employee planner summary for holiday balance
Makes it clearer for employees, managers and admin when the balances dont equal the annual entitlement. You have to manually search for when the emergency leave was taken if you get questions on it by a manager/employee.
