Trigger alerts for certain criteria, such as mileage over 10,000

Given the rules are different for mileage over 10,000 and under 10,000, an alert would allow this to be monitored and recorded correctly

Output from Queries/Reports on logbooks are in the same order as the logbook

When creating a logbook, the fields are sometimes moved around, new fields are added and some are removed. Once the logbook has been finalised, when you run a report on that logbook, the report should come out in the same order as the logbook itself.
