Include field 'was your sickness caused by an accident at work or an industrial disease' as an field which can be used in a query

In the planner, the field 'Was your sickness caused by an accident at work or an industrial disease' is a tick box.

At the moment, this can't be reported upon in a query.

This would be helpful because it would allow a query to easily and quickly show which absences arise from workplace accidents or workplace injuries thereby improving reporting accuracy.
