Link provided in email to approve Overtime, like Annual Leave

Is there any way that we can please have a link in the email we get to prompt us to approve overtime, like the one we get when we need to approve annual leave please?

Staff being able to record their own sick leave

Our old system allowed staff to record their own sick leave. This would prevent possible errors if the manager forgets to record the the leave, or gets the date/reason wrong.

Allow more than one approver on holidays at second stage

We have 2 step holiday authorization, but at each step if you add more than one approver it requires all to sign off before the holiday is approved. This makes life very difficult and would appreciate if either or could sign of and not both.

Checking calendar days for absences

I need to design a query that checks the calendar days a part-timer missed. Meaning - even if they work just 1 day a week, I still need to be notified if they missed 14 calendarial days (which are just 2 days according to their work pattern).
