To be able to copy a performance review from a previous one
On the new performance module it looks like we can't copy a performance review from a previous one, for example like you can with logbooks. When creating a performance review it would be great to be able to copy a previous version.

Our employees find it confusing why the overview of the performance appraisal is at the start. This would make more sense to move to the end so both employees and managers can reflect on the overall performance.
