Move the overview section to the end of an appraisal, instead of being the first tab.
Our employees find it confusing why the overview of the performance appraisal is at the start. This would make more sense to move to the end so both employees and managers can reflect on the overall performance.
If an admin were to make a performance review form live for users to complete and a user were to make a mistake and accidentally submit it, there is currently no way for it to be reopened by an admin, user, line manager or development

Can the comment box under the scoring page in the performance review be made optional? Easiest would be a button to say enable or disable comment box. That way you can choose to only have the scoring on the main page without text.

If someone is accidentally missed off the filtering system, you then have to make a completely new review and change the title. Ability to add people after rolling out, as well as being able to alter wording to fix mistakes would be beneficial.
