Give the option to hide payability status for managers

Give the option for this information to be visible to just admins

Employee Performance Module - The Manager should only see employees who have access to the module, or historically (leavers).

We have half of employees who use this module, and it is confusing when Managers view their Team and see all employees. This is the same for the Company Overview section.

More options for default setting for paid/unpaid sickness and not attached to reason

There should be more options for sickness than paid, unpaid and paid at a different rate. There should be an option for this to be blank and there should be an option for part-paid. And these should not be tied to reason. Our employees receive pay...

Allow more tags to be added to the "Who can sign" field on logbooks such as Training Manager and Line Manager

It would be really helpful if additional tags could be added to the "Who can sign" field in logbooks. We have training managers who we would like to give authority to sign training logbooks and also line managers who need access to certain logbook...

create sub divisions field

We have employees who work in sales and then within sub divisions - when we run reports, it shows up every divisions in sales as we have to call a dept ie sales corporate, sales commercial etc. If there was a division field, the data wouldn't look...

Could you show a medical alert picture, or some sort of flag to indicate that an employee has a medical condition. This needs to be on the front of their main record.

This would make it easier to visually see there is a condition, and would make it easier to do annual checks. If you could also be able to run a report off for all employees with medical conditions, that would be even better.

Be able to amend annual leave once authorised but send through another authorisation

Instead of having to completely cancel/delete the leave and re-adding, it would just send a new authorisation email to the manager that the leave was changed

Make Chat option available on browser access

Managers may prefer to access 'employee' just through the browser. With the chat option only available on the mobile app, they may miss employee communications.

Employees self certifying on People HR

As employees take time off as sick, it would be great if they would self certify on PeopleHR and not the line manager or the admin inputting this on to the system. This can then be approved by the line manager.
