As employees take time off as sick, it would be great if they would self certify on PeopleHR and not the line manager or the admin inputting this on to the system. This can then be approved by the line manager.
Describe the Challenge | If the manager is on annual leave or is a director, they will not be available to input their direct reports sickness absence. We ask staff to self certify for 7 days so why can't the system enable them to do so for approval. |
Option is to allow staff to have the + button on all leave requests and have managers approve this just like annual leave.
