Improved Formatting Options

It would be useful to have more formatting options when creating logbooks and Scorecards, as examples. There's no option to BOLD any text or PARAGRAPH text in the headings/subheadings areas.

Add Additional Manager to Email Notifications in a Ripple process

When using a Ripple to send email notifications you can choose Employee, Manager but not Additional Manager. This would be really useful. Cannot send to a specific name as relevant to different Additional Managers for different employees.
