Notifications - time window

Currently notifications are received at random hours of the day or night - we would like to be able to set a time period window for when notifications should be sent out by the system. For example we may choose for notifications to be sent/received Mon to Fri between 8am and 8pm

It is important for businesses to give employees downtime; it would make sense not to send employees reminders for tasks and re-caps out of work hours.
