is there an option to provide a drop down list for staff to choose from when tapping in and out? How do they add comments etc as I've been on the app and it doesn't seem to have that option?

We have an Authorisation to Recruit logbook which goes through a series of authorisations, when one employee creates two logbooks which are authorised only one ripple eamil is triggered. We want to have an email per logbook triggered.

Tags are great, but often a user selects the same ones everytime. We would like to be able to default these at group or user level, to save staff multiple clicks every time.
