We have recently found that employees can check in from anywhere, by using the website version of PeopleHR. Despite discussing with a help agent the different options available, such as Bluetooth check-in or geofencing, using these features does not disable the use of the website, so employees could still just navigate to PeopleHR in a browser, and check in. We would like to either have an enhancement to this functionality, whereby if the mobile check in is in use, all check-ins have to use the app, and the website cannot be used, or an alternative method of clocking in, such as it only being possible when connected to a specified domain.
