Performance Rating Scales needs to be able to adjust 3/4/5 point rating scale

In the new performance management tool - you can only rate performance on a scale of 1-5, but organisations may use a 1-3 or 1-4 or 1-5 point rating scale. The ability to select the scale is required for this module to be useful.

Category Tags for Goals

It would be very useful to be able to add a category to a goal so when HR is required to run a report on all the sales goals, for example, these can be easily picked out as they are tagged as sales.

Why do flags in planner represent instances rather than days - design fix?

Leaver Wizard - Supporting Comments.

When marking leavers, admins are forced to add supporting comments in when staff are 're-employable' but are not forced when staff are 'not re-employable'. Surely this should be the other way round. Admins are wasting a lot of time adding comments...

To have a separate H&S tab for employees and then to allow the H&S manager to have access to this

It would be useful for our HR manager to be able to access documents etc relating to H&S for individuals - such as training certificates, documentation and when employee training expires.........

Setting entitlements for Other Events for a 12m rolling period

At the moment Other Event entitlements can be set for a calendar year, we would also like it for a 12 m rolling period for records like teleworking and working from elsewhere
