We would like reports run to include the line manager/direct report's ID/employee number as a field, as well as the colleagues ID/employee number. At the moment, for a number of reports that include the manager, we are adding this manually.

Addition of a project codes section would allow timesheets or working hours to be allocated to certain codes to assist in reporting and understanding costings. Without this, we would have to manually go into each timesheet to update someone's hour...

It would be used to be able to print a full draft of all the performance sections and questions from the Performance tab, before they are live or while still in draft, so that Admin can review/update/change questions as necessary on a year by year...

Often staff choose old project numbers for expenses. It would be good to close off old jobs from the list and only have current jobs showing.

It would be useful if, in the case of employees whose holiday is approved by two people, they could receive a notification when the first approver has approved the absence - rather than just when the absence has been fully approved by both approvers.

The LOS award button/rule should go on the date the employee started at the company, not the date in which the HR input them in to the People HR system.

Can the character limit in the “task” section be increased from the current limit?

It would be useful to have a link directly from the icon on your dashboard to the area ie where it says 3 people off due to sickness - click on the icon and it would show you which 3 people are off

A message such as 'you are about to upload a document which will be visible to the whole organisation' or similar would be helpful to avoid confidential documents being erroneously uploaded to the shared area instead of to an individual's profile.
