Grouping the documents in the folder view is one of the worst changes Access Group has done since taking over People HR. Now is so difficult to access quickly a document if needed as it was before in order of the date you uploaded the document.

When someone joins the company, it would be extremely useful to avoid duplication of info gathering, that the employee can add in their own DOB, gender, pronouns and nationality in to their personal tab directly on the new joiner set up

Looking at the poor response to some of the excellent ideas put forward it would suggest that very few people are aware of this facility. We have been working with PHR since July 2022 and were completely unaware of this until earlier this week
