My subscriptions: Queries/Reporting

When looking at backdated headcount reports, it shows the department an employee currently works in and not the department they worked in at the time, which means you can't get the correct headcount per department.

Currently you have to save a query before running it. Not all queries are needed again so we have to save the query then periodically go through and delete queries we don't want to keep. Not having to save will save us time and keep our query list...

This would be ideal for payroll and reporting purposes, where a report can be scheduled at the end of the month and sent via a link to the scheduler's inbox (or another nominated colleague).

Be able to see 'other event' in the 'reason' field. also Would be ideal to see TOIL time off, like it currently shows 'personal holiday'.

A URL is provided in the expense line receipt query field for all receipts that are photos. Where an employee uploads a PDF, no URL is provided in this field, hence you cannot easily view the pdf.

In the reports tab (facts and statistics about your company), there is a Holiday Outlook report which shows the status of staff holidays for the year so far. The report shows holidays taken and holidays booked but does not show holidays remaining....

We set our employees pay to annual as we require this, however for NMW checks and consistency across the business it would be beneficial to see the hourly rate as well

This would make it easier to visually see there is a condition, and would make it easier to do annual checks. If you could also be able to run a report off for all employees with medical conditions, that would be even better.
