To comment or vote on this idea, please visit APHR-I-774 Can’t move a document into a different folder by changing the category of this document, because this is a signed document. For example, to move the folder named ‘Employee Contract’ to the folder named ‘Employee’, there are only three options: ‘Delete’, ‘View Signature’, or ‘Download’. However, if I download the contract, the employee’s signature will be lost. We have a long list of documents that need to be categorized into six folders, so I need to move these folders and delete some..

Amend Document Categories

If the documents continue to show as grouped then there needs to be a better way to amend the category if added incorrectly, rather than delete the whole document and then put it back in. If this functionality can't be added then I don't support the groupings default view.
