ability to print off a logbook

This is because logbook is essentially a form and it would be helpful to be able to read the contents of the form. We use it for probation reviews and records of conversation and very often we need to be able to print it off

    Access Group - this is another idea which gets a lot of votes every time it comes up, is it possible to get an update on whether this is possible and what the timeline might be?

    This is definitely needed - am often being asked to be able to print a logbook. Please add this option asap.

    Would be a great addition, there are times that the data / information needs to be seen outside of the system. We could print to pdf then that would seem the right process

    Yeah this is pretty essential if we are to use this to its full potential

    We use logbooks as part of the induction process, so key forms such as application form, HMRC new starter checklist, etc we cannot print off or save as a PDF to send off

    We use it for Compliance forms which we have to print off to share with Auditors. It wuld be really useful if they could be printed with all the boxes completed

We create compliance forms on our log books and it would be really useful if we could print these off for review . If we run a query, the fields do not appear in the right order so it woulkd be easier if we could print them

Would like to save logbooks as pdf or be able to download them.

We are trying to move all paper forms to logbooks but unable to do so because you cannot download the information you have saved on the logbook.
