At the moment we can only request signatures on documents in an individuals folder. We require staff to sign company policies too, this means we have to put all company policies in personal documents rather than company documents.
Which is fine initally as we can do a bulk upload, however, if a policy is updated and needs to be re-signed we have to manually go into every staff members folder to delete the previous version

I am very surprised as a new person setting up their system if this is not the case as I was told it was, of course we want people to sign company policy documents?????
