We have had a number of staff express concern that their holiday data is being shared on the app. They don't want other people to know - which seems reasonable.

We would like for an option to be added where Employees aren't able to cancel their annual leave on days that are locked.

We have staff with no working pattern set due to irregular hours. When booking holiday, it would be beneficial for staff to not be able to adjust the holiday, ie if 5 days holiday is booked, it can only be 5 days taken off the allowance, not reduc...

Once the year has been elapsed, can we stop people from booking leave from the previous years ? I.E. If we are in January 2024 and someone wants to book back-dated leave from December 2023 - currently they can. Can we stop people from doing so ?

Limit the minimum annual leave booking to 0.5 day and not allow the employee to alter to less ie 0.25 day which they can do currently.

Add a Asterisk symbol on the mandatory field that must be completed in the Return to Work form or 'optional' for the question that are not.

Being able to change the Type order on Planner would ensure the types you used most are grouped together for ease of review.

Is there any way that we can please have a link in the email we get to prompt us to approve overtime, like the one we get when we need to approve annual leave please?

In our company employees may take extended periods of unpaid leave. Currently we need to log these weeks as separate events as the weekends are included.

Currently, if someone is on 'No Work Pattern', their 'day' when they go to book holiday defaults to 7.5 hours, regardless of what the standard working day for the company is set as.
