Additional reports to employees should be under a different tab in 'my team' to direct reporting employees. This way managers can clearly see their team and then their additional report to as the 'wider team'
Have a split shift, e.g. 7.5 hour day - they work 0830 - 1230 in the morning (office for example), go home to pick the children up from creche, then must log on by 14:00 - 17:30 (from home).
There should be no limit of 7 hours 30 minutes in the "No Work Pattern" option in the holiday planner. The whole point of having a 'no work pattern' is to have the flexibility.
