Additional reports to employees should be under a different tab in 'my team' to direct reporting employees. This way managers can clearly see their team and then their additional report to as the 'wider team'

Allow only administrators to add/amend holiday carry over

This is so we can keep track of any carry over centrally, and not allow managers to add this themselves for their staff.

Have a split shift work pattern option

Have a split shift, e.g. 7.5 hour day - they work 0830 - 1230 in the morning (office for example), go home to pick the children up from creche, then must log on by 14:00 - 17:30 (from home).

At present the insight reports just employees and dates, but i cant tell which is Holiday, appointments, working from home

No Work Patter option in Planner

There should be no limit of 7 hours 30 minutes in the "No Work Pattern" option in the holiday planner. The whole point of having a 'no work pattern' is to have the flexibility.
