Other Events Recorded as Unpaid

To have the ability to record other absences as Unpaid.

What if the colleague doesn't wish to use their leave for their Child care/Dentist etc? Or if they haven't got any left?

You have the ability to select paid/unpaid on sickness - so why not the same option for Other Events?

Describe the Challenge Accurate reporting & Gives colleagues the same options for other events as they do for sickness.
