'No Work Pattern' day length should equal company standard
Currently, if someone is on 'No Work Pattern', their 'day' when they go to book holiday defaults to 7.5 hours, regardless of what the standard working day for the company is set as.

Return to Work interviews - notifications just to immediate line manager
To have the Return to Work interview working on sickness absences, it will email not just line managers, but also additional managers. I would like to turn that off. The MD does not need to see when every employee is off.

Stop team members from seeing other employees holidays on the planner
Stop team members from being able to see each others holidays and only see their own on the planner. Team members are arguing with managers over holiday decisions as thye can see who else if off and not off.
