Remove deletion of employees

When employees file their leave it should be no options for them to delete it approve or not from line manger. This is to strengthen the internal control

Describe the Challenge redundancy of work- checking of leave everyday is kind of time consuming.

    Thanks for your idea.

    Can I clarify that you are proposing that once employees add a leave request, they should not have the option to delete it. Only admins & managers should have control over approval or rejection?
