This should be the same as:
1. Company
2. Department
3. Location
4. Employment type
5. Reports to
Why should Job Title be any different? Title changes are made along with at least 2 of the above, please add this as the 6th point.

I agree, having to set your own reminder to change is inefficient.
Could not agree more! As the sole HR employee within my role, this would make my role exponentially more streamlined.
As well as work pattern please, having to action and make changes on the exact changeover date is restrictive especially as a standalone HR.
I agree, this is a fundamental gap in the functionality and poor. Just found out the hard way, trying to be proactive and put a future change into the system but have had to change it back and diarise it manually. Not good.
As well as salary also please.
