Scheduled Changes - Job Title Merged

It would be useful to have a Scheduled Changes box for the Job Title window within Employee/Personal page. The same as Salary, Reports To and Department. It would also be useful if we can delete future changes that require changing.

Describe the Challenge

Planned automation would be a benefit, the same as future Salary, Reports To and Department changes.
