My ideas: Queries/Reporting

It would be useful if we could download working hours per day for each employee ie Monday - 7.5 hours / Tuesday - 8.5 hours / Wednesday - 0 hours etc

Have the ability (like is already in place in most systems) to schedule reports to send out to managers/generic mailboxes. Hotsheets are great but long winded and having the ability to simply schedule reports would be great.

Be able to filter easily between two dates

There is the option to change the order of columns on the reports screen, however when this is then downloaded it reverts to a different order. Change is to have it keep the same order when the report is downloaded.

The query will allow you to run the date the case log was opened but we can not see what date it was closed.
