Add the ability to query on an end / start date without entering the specific dates manually.

This will improve queries but also will allow better ripples (send an email 3 days before end of planned absence, for example). Currently querying on start date returns everyone with a current event, even if it started a week ago, and querying on end date gives everyone who has an ongoing event that hasn't ended yet.
