Future TOIL Booking

Individuals can currently only book TOIL for the current year. Our expiry is set to six months and at the end of the year a lot of staff want to book TOIL to take in the new year but are unable to do this until after 1 January

Allow Other Events to be added on public holidays within Planner

We need to be able to add other events for public holidays. We have some employees that come in to work on public holidays and we would require to add an 'Other Event' for this to flag the appropriate reason for them working (e.g. overtime rate etc.)

Show emergency leave taken as a separate category in employee planner summary for holiday balance

Makes it clearer for employees, managers and admin when the balances dont equal the annual entitlement. You have to manually search for when the emergency leave was taken if you get questions on it by a manager/employee.
