Access - Planner - ical to also includes Birthdays as an option

"Access - Planner - ical" allows for "Sick", "Holiday" and "Late" to be selected. I would like to also get a "Birthday" option so we wouldn't have to keep a separate calendar updated for this.

Optionally, we could also have the "Date Hired Anniversary" option.
