I want to suggest email notifications sent about holidays after a week of a request pending saying it has not been approved and reminding the approver. Also, if anything deleted from an employees planner they get an email of this too.
It would be useful if we could add an employee's Company Sick pay rules into People HR, so we can calculate where they are at within their full pay, half pay or nil pay entitlements.

When we upload a document that has been scanned or attached to an email etc we need to first save it to the desktop and rename, then drag it into the document uploader. It would be much more efficient to drag it straight into the document uploader...

Could you show a medical alert picture, or some sort of flag to indicate that an employee has a medical condition. This needs to be on the front of their main record.
This would make it easier to visually see there is a condition, and would make it easier to do annual checks. If you could also be able to run a report off for all employees with medical conditions, that would be even better.
On employee profiles there is only one 'department' function, but medium to larger businesses need multiple connected workgroups, that flow to reporting lines. i.e. under a work group for 'People Operations' there might be HR, L&D, Recruitment...
