ability to print off a logbook

This is because logbook is essentially a form and it would be helpful to be able to read the contents of the form. We use it for probation reviews and records of conversation and very often we need to be able to print it off

document creator is not user friendly

Creating documents is hard work and not user friendly. The format of my letters looks unprofessional and takes a long time to create. Would also make sense for a notification to go out to employees that a new document has been added for them.
