For PeopleHR to support the upload of email file types within the 'Files' or 'Documents' section of profiles. Any communication that happens on email needs to be saved as another file type e.g. Word/PDF before it can be uploaded, causing additional work.

.msg file is not supported but link below does work - it stores the email when sent to the employees documents as a .eml file. downside is it can't show screen grabs/images on the email nor any attachments, so only the email body itself.
Still need ideally .msg files supported so emails can be dragged and saved to employee documents as the email themselves, with images/files attached etc..
The link below does not explain how to set up the system in order to save emails in employee Documents. The file type msg is not supported.
