It would be very helpful to have access to a Fire Roll Call from the app, Most oher HR systems have this feature available

At the moment we are having to put this on a calendar reminder to add in and it seems silly.

The emploee features from the desktop version should work in the app. employees who dont have desktop cannot do their PDRs via the app.

Allow each organization to edit the options for Return to Works when employees have been off sick

Currently, when a holiday request is pending, this is only show in small detail at the bottom of their recap emails. Or if they go looking for it within 'Authorisations'. It would be good for admins to push through a specific case by case reminder...

The ability to download a logbook as a PDF or Word. Allow easy viewing and amends as some people like to download their 1-2-1's or training and add to their portfolio out of the system.

Can we update the system to add the “documents for signing” to the “tasks section” as opposed to the Employee Record/Documents tab (as its quiet easy for new hires to get lost looking for it)

When a logbook request is approved and the employee is going back and edit the entry, the logbook request is going for the approval process again. This creates logbook duplications which is not ideal

Can the comment box under the scoring page in the performance review be made optional? Easiest would be a button to say enable or disable comment box. That way you can choose to only have the scoring on the main page without text.
