Tasks - change default to only show live tasks

When the Tasks field is opened it lists all tasks included completed ones from years ago and you have to tick the 'Hide completed' to show current ones. Can the default be changed so you have to tick the box to show 'Completed tasks'?

In the Planner The Include Bank Holidays should be a live calculation

Currently, if we complete the leaver wizard and then tick the button in include bank holidays in the ee entitlement - the entitlement remaining does not refresh/recalculate. I think this calculation should recalculate every time there is a change ...
